How to prepare garden salsa
Ingredients
1/3 cup green Bell Peppers, Finely diced and seeds removed1/3 cup Roma Tomato, finely diced
1/3 cup Tomato, yellow, finely diced
1/2 Lime, juice
2 Tbsp further Virgin oil, chili pepper infused, if obtainable
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Black Pepper
1 Cucumber, thinly sliced diagonally
1/8 tsp jalapeno pepper Powder, for heat, to taste
Process
Finely dice roma and yellow tomatoes, in addition as sweet pepper. Place in bowl.Drizzle with juice of 1/2 lime and a pair of Tbsp of oil.
Add salt, pepper, and jalapeno pepper powder (for kick).
Serve with skinny slices of cucumber, escarole, or celery sticks.
