How to prepare deep-fried inexperienced tomatoes
Ingredients
1/4 cup Coconut Flour2 whole Eggs, Pastured
2 Tomato, green
3 Bacon, strips
1 tsp Black Pepper
1/2 tsp Salt
Process
- Cook bacon over medium heat, permit to cool down, then crumble.
- Reserve bacon grease for preparation tomatoes.
- Clean tomatoes, and move 1/8-inch-thick items.
- Whisk the eggs in a very shallow dish.
- Dropped tomato slices in egg wash, then dredge in coconut flour.
- fry tomato slices in bacon fat for 2-3 minutes per facet over medium heat.
- Remove from heat and, sprayed with salt and pepper.
- Serve with broken bacon.
Notes
Cooking time can vary reckoning on your stove temperature and also the tomato thickness. it\'s sometimes best to try and do a “test” piece with one slice of tomato to determine changes.
