1. Start by cutting the vegetables, then put them all in a large saucepan. Then attach the bay leaf with thyme, parsley and pepper in a piece of muslin and add to the pan.

2. Prepare 2 liters of cold water and pour into the pan. Heat to boiling and then slowly bring to a boil. Continue the process simmer for about 1 hour 30 minutes. Not to mention, do not cover simmer to avoid spreading too.
