Baba Ghanoush
Ingredients
1 Eggplant1 tsp Black Pepper
1 tsp Salt
1/4 cup spread
2 Tbsp further Virgin vegetable oil
1 Lemon, juice
Process
The prick of eggplant from all sides with a fork, andplace on a baking sheet.
Roast eggplant in 400°F kitchen appliance for half-hour.
Place eggplant in giant bowl of cold water for about five minutes.
Peel skin from eggplant and discard.
Chop eggplant into giant chunks.
Place eggplant chunks in a very high speed mixer or kitchen appliance along side spread, juice, salt, pepper, and vegetable oil.
Blend till swish.
